1. Contact Us First
   Email Mark@WorthItRepairs.com with your device model, issue, and any questions.

2. Get a Free Estimate
   We'll send a quote for parts and labor. If approved, we’ll send shipping instructions and a work order form.

3. Print and Sign the Work Order
   Before shipping, print and complete the work order with your name, contact info, and device details.
   Be sure to sign it — repairs will not be performed until terms are agreed to and the form is received.

5. We Repair It
   Most repairs are completed within 1–5 business days of arrival. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

6. We Ship It Back
   Once repaired and tested, we’ll send it back with insured shipping and tracking.

📄 Note: A signed work order is required for all repairs. If we do not receive a signed copy, we may delay or decline the repair until it's provided. The work order also includes important terms like our data policy, warranty exclusions, repair risks, and more.
